Orders are shipped within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground, FedEx, or by USPS. Orders must be delivered to a STREET ADDRESS, not
a Post Office Box. Email us about shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping charges and taxes are automatically calculated and
added to your order. All orders are processed on a secure server.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you would
like to return any products, you may do so at any time up until the
14th day after their receipt on the strict condition that the product
has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging
has not been damaged (unless the product is defective). All returns
must be mailed at customer's expense to the address from which the item
was shipped.
Our products are shipped by different American manufacturers who are identified by the prefix letters of product SKU numbers. Their shipping rates are shown below. You may save on shipping charges by ordering toys with the same prefix letters to ship to the same address.
